What you’ll do
CrossBoundary Group is hiring an Executive Assistant in Bogotá to support senior leaders with high-level coordination, scheduling, and strategic projects. You’ll be a trusted right hand to our executives, helping drive progress and administrative excellence across the Latin America & Caribbean region. Ideally, the Executive Assistant will also be comfortable handling routine finance and payroll tasks specific to Colombia. We're looking for someone who’s organized, resourceful, and confident managing busy calendars, diverse deliverables, and fast-moving priorities.
Your primary responsibilities will be
Executive Support
Provide direct support to two senior leaders in the Bogotá office, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
Prepare and submit expense reports, track reimbursements, and manage financial documentation.
Manage communications with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-through.
Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action item tracking.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, and other logistical challenges.
Office Admin and Operations Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for Bogotá office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate team events, in-office lunches, and care packages to foster a vibrant office culture.
Liaise with the Regional Administration Manager (based in the USA) to align on operational priorities and process improvements.
Prepare monthly budgets for the Bogota office.
Manage in-person pension contributions.
Share payroll changes with the People team for processing.
Capturing and updating information related to paid time off.
Assisting with ad hoc requests from the Finance team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Concur, and other business tools.

Location
This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia. You will work closely with the Regional Administration Manager based in the USA and collaborate with teams across the LAC region.
