CrossBoundary Energy (CBE) is recruiting IT Intern – Data Cleanup Support (Dynamics 365) for 4-6 weeks. We are seeking a motivated and meticulous IT Intern to support our Information Technology team with data cleanup in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This project involves reviewing, analysing, and cleaning up customer and vendor accounts to ensure accurate, standardised, and up-to-date information in the system. The intern will gain valuable exposure to ERP systems, enterprise data management and enterprise-level IT operations.
Your primary responsibilities would include:
Assist in auditing and cleansing vendor and customer accounts data within Dynamics 365
Identify duplicate, outdated, or inactive records and support their consolidation or deactivation
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to validate data and ensure consistency with business rules
Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm the accuracy and completeness of master data
Support implementation of naming conventions and standardization across data sets
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Diligence and ability to follow structured processes
Good written and verbal communication skills
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
